Alright, so it's not the most flattering photo of food, it was taken with my crappy camera phone but what it lacks in beauty it surely made up for in taste AND simplicity. Thanks to Trader Joe's that is.
I found a couple of recipes for both Biryani Rice and Chana Masala & will try to make them this weekend, yum!
